Role: Personal Assistant

Location: Wiltshire and Hampshire

Reporting to: Executive Chair

Hours of work: Full time or part time hours for the right candidate. A flexible approach is essential as you may be needed to work outside of normal hours too

Salary: £21,000 – £22,000 per annum

This role is based around the requirements of the Executive Chair to provide full support daily. To cover administration duties, organisation and planning and to help with client relationships, business and marketing strategy and delivery.

Main Duties

  • Provide full PA support for the Executive Chair in both business and personal matters
  • Management of Executive Chairs Outlook diary and inbox
  • Dictation
  • Manage communications with clients and staff
  • Manage all IT aspects for the Executive Chair
  • Role model of company values
  • Keep the Executive Chair accountable of goals set
  • Key member in the delivery of both the business and marketing strategy
  • Handle confidential and business and personal sensitive information
  • Occasional requirement to visit sites and stay away, within UK.

  • Computer literate, intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • PA experience (essential)
  • Experience with working in an office and using Microsoft Office (essential)

  • Previous PA experience supporting Executive Chair (desirable)
  • Member of relevant association (desirable)
  • PA qualification or working towards (desirable).
