FiveRivers growth continues with new head office.

FiveRivers is pleased to announce our head office relocation to a beautiful rural open plan office in Codford, Wiltshire. This office has an element of going ‘back to our roots’ from our days in Damerham and the Woodford Valley more recently. This move comes as we’ve outgrown our capacity at Thruxton and saw this opportunity to take focus on our culture and create an environment our team want to come to work.

Set within East Farm, in the Wylye Valley and surrounded by rolling hills, this new look brings a feel of nature. Not to mention all energy used on site is renewable; sourced by the anaerobic digestion plant from food waste collected from a 100-mile radius of Codford. The new head office maintains all our teams under one roof.

With the new premises comes growth, and FiveRivers is also pleased to announce the expansion of our Management Board. Henry Baker, Estimating and Contractors Manager, and Nia Pring, Director of Finance and Commercial, joined the Management Board from April 2024.

Henry joined FiveRivers in June of 2018, and now leads on our estimating efforts across the business including business development and marketing. Henry brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and pragmatism with him to the Management Board, which will strengthen our forward-looking approach to maintain our place as industry leaders.

Nia has over 20-years’ of commercial experience in the construction sector. Nia joins the Management Board as an analytical thinker ensuring accurate financial reporting and controls within the business which enables FiveRivers to make key strategic decisions.

Speaking of these exciting changes, FiveRivers Managing Director, Martin Whitfield, said “over the past 18 months we have realigned the business to become the nature-based SME solutions provider of choice. This has necessitated the need to restructure the Management Board and excitingly seek out a new Head Office in keeping with the tradition of the business. Importantly we have re-established the foundations for the future of the Company where we take the business back to nature, a head office set in the Wyle Valley in the middle of Wiltshire on a farming estate”.
