FiveRivers have been contracted to design a wetland for Lilley’s Cider to treat and mitigate effluent from the factory. Last week our Natural Capital Consultant, Matt Janes visited the factory to discuss the upcoming project.

The wetland will reduce the need for removal of waste from site, improving Lilley’s Ciders’ environmental impact through a more sustainable approach. The system will also provide visitors with an area to walk around and see the biodiversity benefits wetlands provide to the landscape.
